Oliver "Lucky" Katz Original Character played @ projectmarvelous cleo | gigapuddings @ plurk HMD | IC Inbox • Appearance A healthy young man at 6' 2" and 28 years old, Lucky would be a normal-looking guy on the street if it weren't for his flashy sense of fashion. With hair dyed bright red, a penchant for brightly coloured clothes, and his crisp black jacket with a cards and hearts themed logo on the back, he does his best to stand out wherever he goes. Under the attention-grabbing outfits, his back and shoulders are covered in a tattoo in the same theme as his jacket. He looks like a noisy delinquent and that's what he's going for. It's how he acts, too. He's loud and tactile, invading other peoples' personal space without hesitation. Altogether, it's hard to ignore him -- but you can try. • Abilities Abilities in Lucky's world are based around both magic and fancy technology. While many people have implants to increase their natural strengths, Lucky relies on an affinity for magic, expressed through the medium of his cherished revolver. It's old-fashioned, with a white lacquered handle and his nickname "Lucky" emblazoned down the side of the barrel. With his gun, Lucky fires magic bullets, each with its own elemental-themed damage. These include fireballs, a shield of water, and an area-of-effect spell that turns the ground to sticky mud. There are 10 spells in his repertoire, which I am too lazy to list, but contact me if you need more details. Without his gun, Lucky can't use magic. He can fist fight, in a dirty scrappy way, but he's not a trained martial artist or anything cool like that.
